Here's your homework for over the weekend:

Just Kidding...

Here's the actual homework for over the weekend:

Multiple Choice Questions 1-25

Chapter Problems 1-9 AND 70-76

I will be checking the homework for completion on MONDAY!!!

DO NOT FORGET THAT THE LAB IS DUE ON MONDAY!!!

Here's a list of the resources we covered today:

Last Year's East Side Physics Blog
Wolfram Alpha
Khan Academy (You can use this for math too!!!)
Wikipedia
(Only use the reference part at the bottom of the articles. Wikipedia itself is not a legitimate source of information.)
PhET Physics Simulations

If you would like a taste of what college is like, MIT (The Massachusetts Institute of Technology) posted a series of physics lectures by famous physicist, professor, and author Walter Lewin. The lectures are long but entertaining. I would encourage you to watch at least one of them.

STUDENT GOVERNMENT NOMINATIONS
Think about this over the weekend. Your choice of President, Vice President, and Secretary will strongly affect your year. Be careful who you nominate.

As always, if you have questions or comments, email me!

There's another series of web videos (TED Talks) that I wanted to share with you, but I'll do that at a later date.In the meantime, here's a clip from the New York Times about the Endevour Shuttle arriving in LA.
